A small boutique hotel in a century-old Edwardian house on Dyers Pass Road in Cashmere, on the hill above Christchurch. It has three spacious en-suite bedrooms with underfloor heating, queen beds, free WiFi and a complimentary mini bar. Rooms look out over the city, the Southern Alps and the Pacific Ocean, and the owners' hosting style is personal and easygoing. The house has a sitting room and a conservatory that can be used for meetings, and the White Room is set up for a romantic stay. Guests say the hosts made them very welcome, and that the hill-top setting is ideal for walks. The city centre is about ten minutes away by car, depending on traffic.
