About The Cashmere Club Inc

The Cashmere Club is a members-run social and sports club at 88 Hunter Terrace in Cashmere, Christchurch. Incorporated as a society on 14 February 1969 and officially opened on 26 April 1975, the club has been serving its community for decades, built around a sports bar environment that has proved popular with members.

The club's facilities include the Sports Bar and Beer Garden with plasma and LCD screens plus a big screen for major sporting events, 10 pool tables and 2 snooker tables, the Riverview Restaurant, four separate function areas, a sports hall used for badminton, indoor bowls and darts, an outdoor area with a children's play area, and the Christchurch Squash Club on-site.

The Cashmere Club is also home to a wide range of community and sporting groups, including the Christchurch Squash Club, Pickleball, Darts, Pool, Proactive Martial Arts, Tai Chi and Senior Fitness, Badminton, Toastmasters, Rotary, the 4WD Club, Rod & Gun Club, Probus and Friendship groups, the Ukulele Club, Cards 500, Bridge and Euchre. The club is open seven days a week and welcomes new members, affiliates and guests.
