Rookie's has steadily built its reputation in Singapore's coffee scene. The team was crowned Champion of the Singapore Aeropress Championship in 2019, before opening their original Coffee Bar 1.0 in 2022. In 2023, they returned to the Aeropress Championship as a finalist, and in 2024 opened Coffee Bar 2.0, the shop's current home.
At the heart of Rookie's offering is its own coffee, roasted in-house and sold as Filter Beans for those who brew at home with pour-over or filter methods, and 'Spro Beans for espresso lovers. Alongside its coffee, the shop also offers a range of branded merchandise for regulars who want to take a piece of Rookie's home with them.
For those who can't make it in person, Rookie's offers domestic shipping across Singapore at a flat SGD $5 fee, with free delivery on orders of SGD $50 or more, delivered in approximately 1-2 working days. Customers can also opt to pick up their order directly from the storefront. For those outside Singapore, the team considers international shipping requests on a case-by-case basis.
Rookie's Coffee Shop is open Monday from 12pm to 5pm, Tuesday to Friday from 10am to 5pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 6pm. The shop is closed on the last Sunday of every month. Customers can pay by American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, Union Pay or Visa.
