By taxi or Grab, the recommended drop-off is "Alkaff Mansion main entrance," followed by a walk up the stairs. Parking is available at Car Park 2, or the next nearest option, Car Park 1 — both are free, shared public car parks.
Reservations are strongly recommended and can be made online, with the venue advising that private events may occasionally affect availability. For large groups of more than 15 people, or for full venue buyouts of 31 guests or more, the team asks that you contact them directly. Corkage fees apply for bringing your own alcohol (wine $40++, champagne $80++, liquor $120++), though this can be waived by purchasing the house wine instead.
