A small boutique Pilates studio at 2/96 Kingsley Street in Sydenham, Christchurch, that offers Reformer, mat and small-group classes, plus one-on-one sessions. The studio says its classes are small and personal, and it aims to help people build core strength, recover from injury or move more easily day to day. Classes suit beginners as well as experienced people.
Prices as at 2026 are $85 a casual 60-minute class, $395 for five sessions and $760 for ten. Private sessions for two people are $60 each for 50 minutes casual, or $530 for five sessions. The studio is run by an instructor who has more than 20 years in fitness and wellness and holds certificates in sports therapy massage, Polestar Pilates, Stott Pilates mat and special populations, Pilates for neurological conditions, and myofascial release. The instructor moved to Christchurch in 2014.
