Strong Again is a physiotherapy practice run by Ain, a physiotherapist with 11 years of clinical experience who has helped over 9,000 clients recover from injury, surgery and the demands of hard training. The practice combines physiotherapy with coaching, aiming not just to get clients out of pain but back to full performance in sport and everyday life.
Ain holds a Diploma and BSc in Physiotherapy, with advanced certifications in dry needling, spinal and peripheral joint mobilisation, and shoulder rehabilitation. Her background includes sports medicine work with competitive football athletes, and she is a certified pre and postnatal coach, offering specialised support through pregnancy and postpartum recovery. She describes drawing on her own experience of injury and postpartum recovery to inform her approach.
Sessions are available both online, accessible from anywhere in the world, and in-person at Core Collective clinics in Singapore. Alongside consultations, Strong Again offers physical Recovery Kits delivered to a client's door and digital recovery guides, giving clients options to start managing an injury at home before or alongside a clinical session.
Strong Again is built around a simple premise: most physiotherapy gets you out of pain, but recovery shouldn't stop there. Run by physiotherapist Ain, the practice combines clinical physiotherapy with coaching, aiming to help clients return to full performance — whether that's back on the field, court, platform, or simply moving through daily life with confidence.
Ain brings 11 years of clinical experience to Strong Again, alongside a Diploma and BSc in Physiotherapy and advanced certifications in dry needling, spinal and peripheral joint mobilisation, and shoulder rehabilitation. Her clinical background includes sports medicine work with competitive football athletes, where injury prevention, rehabilitation and performance optimisation are central concerns.
Ain is also a certified pre and postnatal coach, a focus that grew directly out of her own experience of motherhood. As she describes it, after giving birth you essentially start from zero, and having the right mindset alongside a strong connection to your body is key to recovery. That personal experience, paired with her own history of injury, shapes how she works with clients — with an emphasis on genuine empathy rather than a purely clinical approach.
Strong Again offers both online and in-person physiotherapy. The Online Physiotherapy Consult is a 30-minute video call covering a detailed injury history and movement assessment, a clinical diagnosis and explanation of the condition, a personalised exercise and recovery plan, load management and return-to-sport advice, and a follow-up summary — accessible from anywhere in the world.
In-person sessions run at Core Collective clinics in Singapore. A 30-minute in-person consult is assessment-focused, suited to clients who mainly need expert evaluation and guidance. A 60-minute in-person session adds hands-on treatment, including dry needling, targeted manual therapy, taping and therapeutic ultrasound where appropriate, plus a personalised rehabilitation programme and exercise coaching — recommended when hands-on treatment is likely to be needed.
Not every injury needs a clinic visit straight away. Strong Again's Recovery Kits are designed to help clients take action early and manage symptoms from home, covering common issues including foot and ankle stiffness, knee pain, thumb injuries, shoulder problems, muscle strains and tears, and foot and ankle stability. The Foot & Ankle Stiffness and Knee Pain kits are listed as best sellers.
Alongside the physical kits, Strong Again sells digital recovery guides — including a dedicated ACL Injury Guide for Singapore, and a bundle covering all four recovery kit topics — giving clients practical, physiotherapist-designed resources to understand their injury and make informed decisions about training and rehab.
In-person sessions are held at two Core Collective locations. The Dempsey clinic runs on alternate Mondays from 9.30am to 4.30pm — clients are asked to WhatsApp to confirm which Monday is available. The i12 Katong clinic offers more regular sessions, Tuesday through Friday, from 9am to 5pm, though Friday availability varies and is best checked directly.
To book, clients message Strong Again on WhatsApp with their preferred day, time and location; if the requested slot isn't available, the next earliest appointment is offered instead.
Strong Again describes itself as helping women and athletes recover, rebuild strength, and move with confidence — spanning ACL rehab, postpartum strength, return to sport, online consults, recovery kits and sustainable training. Whether a client is dealing with a new injury, persistent pain, post-operative rehabilitation, or simply wants to train more resiliently, the practice positions its combination of clinical expertise and lived experience as the core of its approach.
