Each branch keeps its own hours and contact details, reachable by phone or WhatsApp, with a Teleconsult option available for non-emergency queries. All branches are closed on public holidays. For genuine medical emergencies, the clinic points patients to Singapore's emergency line, 995, rather than teleconsult.
