On selected dates, a semi-guided 3-hour session is available for $55, which adds 10% off the food menu and a photo-taking session with the cats to the same inclusions. The Bugis location sits about a 2-minute, 100-metre walk from Bugis MRT Station, with the nearest mall parking at Bugis+ and Bugis Junction. Because it's on the 3rd level of a shophouse with no lift access, visitors should be prepared for a short walk up. A second location operates at The Rail Mall, with its own set of operating hours.
Standard entry runs $22 for 2 hours, including one complimentary soft drink, with the option to top up to tea, coffee or hot chocolate. Extra time beyond the 2-hour block is charged at $5.50 per additional 30 minutes. On weekdays only (excluding school holidays, public holidays, and the eve of public holidays, and subject to availability), a Whole Day Pass is available for $50, including one free drink of any choice.
Children under 12 must be accompanied and closely supervised by an adult, while those above 12 may enter without adult supervision, at their guardian's own risk and responsibility. Entry is free for children under 1 year old. Guests are asked to be punctual for their reserved slot, as there's only a 10-minute grace period before a seat may be released to walk-in guests.
