Fair & Square really is a family business. Galu and his partner in both life and business, Catherine, have four children and two grandchildren, and Catherine and daughter Liana run the administration. Galu's years as a dedicated 1st XV rugby coach at a local college shaped how he leads the team: staff are coached at their respective skill levels, with the goal of helping them become great builders and carve out sustainable career pathways.
