Koru Centre is a collaborative space for professionals in the health and wellbeing space. We offer a fully equipped studio space offering yoga, Pilates, and other forms of movement and meditation practices. Our highly skilled practitioners offer services including RTT® (Rapid Transformational Therapy®), counselling, coaching, naturopathy, acupuncture, massage therapy, and more.
