On the corner of Bassett St and Parnwell St in Burwood, Christchurch, Easy Tyres & Alignments goes about its work with a refreshingly simple mission: keep customers on the road through quality products and excellent service. It's a tyre shop first and foremost — specialising in wheel alignments and stocking a wide range of new and used tyres — but it also doubles as a handy source of auto parts, making it a genuine one-stop shop for the area's drivers.
The team describes its offering as top-notch and professional wheel alignment and tyre services at unbeatable prices, and that combination of skill and value is exactly what customers highlight when they talk about the shop. Whether a driver arrives needing a single replacement tyre, a full set, or an alignment to sort out a pulling steering wheel, the focus is on getting them back on the road quickly and safely.
Tyres are at the heart of what Easy Tyres & Alignments does. The shop carries an extensive product selection covering both new and used options — a distinction that matters more than many drivers realise. New tyres bring the longest remaining life and the latest technology, while a quality used tyre can be the smart choice for a car that doesn't warrant a brand-new set, for a spare, or simply for keeping costs down.
Customers repeatedly mention the breadth of that selection in their feedback. "Outstanding selection and amazing service!" one reviewer writes, noting they always find the right tyres for their vehicle at great prices. Another calls the shop their "go-to" for car-related needs, pointing to both the wide product range and the customer service behind the counter.
Wheel alignment is the other string to the shop's bow, and it's right there in the name. Alignment work is precise, technical stuff — adjusting the angles of the wheels so the vehicle tracks true rather than pulling to one side — and it's the kind of job best left to people who do it every day. Easy Tyres & Alignments treats this as a core speciality rather than an add-on, which is good news for drivers who notice uneven tyre wear, a crooked steering wheel, or a car that drifts on a straight road.
It's also a natural pairing with tyre sales: customers sorting out their tyres can have their alignment taken care of at the same place, by the same team.
Alongside tyres and alignments, Easy Tyres & Alignments operates as a one-stop shop for auto parts, helping customers cover more of their vehicle's needs without running all over town. That breadth — tyres, alignments and parts under one roof — is a big part of the shop's appeal for busy Christchurch drivers.
The reviews tell a consistent story. Customers describe quick service and quality products, a wide range to choose from, and great customer service. Speed matters when your car is off the road; so does being treated well while you're there. The shop's own words capture the intent neatly: the priority is keeping customers on the road through quality products and excellent service.
