A Bridgestone tyre centre at 5 Shirley Road in Shirley, Christchurch, where puncture repairs and wheel alignments are the work customers mention most. The website says it stocks car, SUV, 4x4 and van tyres, and offers tyre fitting, wheel balancing, wheel alignment and puncture repair. It has a tyre finder on the website, and customers can book a tyre service in advance. The listed hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm and Saturday 8:30am to 12pm.
Reviewers mention puncture repair most often, then wheel alignment. One travelling customer said the team gave good advice and got the right tyres in. They rang just before closing on a Tuesday and were booked in first thing the next morning, and the team also fixed a problem left by a previous shop. Another said the staff went above and beyond and were honest, not trying to overcharge. A third had two new tyres and a wheel alignment done while they waited, and said the car drove much better afterwards.
