Soul Therapy Reflexology is a home-based reflexology treatment space at 410 Cashmere Road in Cracroft, Christchurch, run by reflexologist Hollie Bradley. Hollie trained at the Canterbury School of Reflexology and has added training in the Bergman Method of facial reflexology, Indian head massage and mindful reflexology. The space is set up for slowing down, and each session is gentle and tailored to the person.
Sessions are offered as a 30-minute taster, a full foot reflexology treatment, and an extended foot session with the option of facial reflexology and an Indian head and scalp massage. Sessions begin with a rose petal foot bath and a talk about what the client needs. Reflexology is not offered to people with a recent or past DVT or blood clot, or to pregnant clients. Facial reflexology is not offered within four weeks of Botox or fillers, or within three months of facial or dental surgery.
