Cashmere Estate is a residential land development on the corner of Worsleys Road and McVicar Drive in Cashmere, Christchurch, offering elevated sections with views across wetlands, green open spaces and the city beyond. Development has progressed through several stages since Stage 1 was first developed in 2016 along Long Acre Drive, off Worsleys Road.
