A residential real estate agent at the Harcourts Halswell team, based at 379 Halswell Road in Halswell, Christchurch. The agent specialises in buying and selling homes, and says more than 10 years of customer service and sales experience shape the way clients are advised. For a sale, the process starts with an appraisal visit, which includes a comparative market analysis of recent sales and current listings. The agent then discusses the best method of sale and marketing. Auction support is offered, and first home buyers are guided through auctions, offers and pricing. Other agents at the Harcourts Grenadier office, which is very close by, are also listed on Open Locally.
Customers say the agent made the sale of a property seamless, even though the sellers lived overseas and managed it remotely. One customer bought at auction, and says the agent acted as bidder, kept a cool head and took the pressure off. Another, a first home buyer, says the agent helped them through the auctions, offers and pricing, which had felt stressful. Our pick in Halswell for a property sale or purchase by auction.
