Prier Manson Real Estate Ltd is a real estate agency at 21 Humphreys Dr in Ferrymead, Christchurch, on the city's eastern side by the estuary.
In Christchurch, choosing an agency is less about the biggest name than about local evidence: a sound appraisal should rest on recent comparable sales in your own suburb, not the highest number. It is worth asking each agent how they would run a campaign and which method of sale — auction, tender or deadline — they would choose, and why. Regulars also watch how communication is handled once a property is on the market, because overpriced listings that sit through several campaigns tend to finish lower than homes priced honestly from the outset. Every agent in New Zealand must hold a licence under the Real Estate Authority, a sensible baseline when comparing firms.
For owners and buyers around Ferrymead and the eastern bays, Prier Manson Real Estate Ltd's Humphreys Dr office sits right on that patch.
