Grooming sessions run one-on-one at a deliberate, unhurried pace in this calm home-based salon, where padded appointment slots leave time for cuddles, rest, and play rather than rushing dogs through. Services cover full-grooms, bath & tidy, bath & blow-out, flea treatments, and nail clips. Run by Deborah, who brings over eight years of salon experience across New Zealand, the setup is designed around understanding individual temperaments—especially useful for giant breed puppies having their very first session or dogs who get overwhelmed by high-volume commercial salons. Appointments can be scheduled online or arranged through an inquiry form.
Pet owners regularly praise her patience, gentle handling, and professional communication, noting that she takes the extra time to explain the process and keep pets entirely relaxed while still turning out clean, tidy coats at reasonable prices. Located on Lonsdale Street in New Brighton, it gives beach-bound locals an attentive, low-stress care option right by the coast.
