Mansfield Health Practice is a general practice on the corner of Papanui Road and Mansfield Avenue, in the Merivale Shopping Precinct at 206A Papanui Road, Christchurch. It is enrolling new patients, and enrolments are processed in the order they are received. The practice offers check-ups, preventive screening, immunisations and chronic disease management, along with telehealth consultations and same-day urgent appointments. Bookings are made through the ManageMyHealth app, or by phone when no online appointment is free. Some appointments are kept free each day for urgent needs. As at 2026, a standard 10 to 15-minute consult is $67 for adults aged 18 and over, or $20 for Community Services Card holders, and $52 for ages 14 to 17, or $13 with a card.
