Michelle Falloon, the practice's full-time nurse, completed her Registered Nurse training in Christchurch in 1986 and later trained as a midwife in Scotland in 1990. She has worked across a wide range of nursing and midwifery specialities, including acute nursing, midwifery and management, before joining Burnside Medical Practice in May 2020.
At the front desk is Kim Tozer, who joined as receptionist after thirteen years in the veterinary industry as both a vet nurse and receptionist. Kim has lived in Christchurch for thirty years, having been born and raised in Northland, and enjoys walking around the Port Hills and in the forest in her spare time.
