Kids Club is a before-school, after-school and holiday programme for children aged five to 13, based in Shirley, Christchurch. It is a faith-based programme called Values for Life, which teaches honesty, integrity, kindness, forgiveness and treating others well. The programme runs child-focused activities that the website describes as varied and fun, and its team is trained to help children try new challenges. The website says the programme has been running for more than 20 years.
Kids Club is MSD approved, so families can apply for childcare subsidies from WINZ. These cover up to 20 hours a week of before- and after-school care, and up to 50 hours a week in school holidays. Enquiries and visits can be arranged through [email protected]. The listing gives 15 Shirley Road as the address, and the website names 29 Crosby Street as its venue.
