A real estate team in Avonhead, Christchurch, run by Pete and Elly. They left a larger company to found The Change Agents, with the aim of making each sale a well-supported life transition. In 2026 the team partnered with Harper Real Estate to form The Real Estate Collective, a hub for agents with a similar approach.
The website says the team brings a hospitality background to its work and aims for honest, professional service, with help through big decisions. Testimonials on the website praise their communication, their care for clients and their attention to detail, and one says a home sold in under a week. Both agents can be reached by phone or email, with contact details on the team page.
