Your free listing. Hours, photos, menu, description and your place on the map. Free, always. Claiming it costs nothing and never will.
Premium. Your own loyalty card in your customers' Apple and Google Wallet, the scanner, the card designer, spin wheel, competitions, bingo, broadcasts, your customer club and the stats. Premium is a monthly subscription. Only a completed checkout switches it on.
The earlier you join, the less you pay. Your rung is fixed by when you first pay, and it does not change later.
| Rung | Who | Free run | Then |
|---|---|---|---|
| Founding | the first 10 shops | 90 days | US$19 (NZ$29) a month for 6 months, then standard |
| Early | the next 100 | 30 days | US$19 (NZ$29) a month for 3 months, then standard |
| Standard | everyone after | 30 days | US$39 a month (NZ$59 · SG$49 · AU$55) |
No per-customer fees, no set-up fee, no contract. Prices include the extras — nothing is sold separately. Prices are shown in your currency at checkout.
Any time, no reason needed. Use the link in any Stripe receipt or invoice email, or email us. Your subscription ends at the end of the month you have paid for; there are no refunds for part months.
Premium stays on for 14 days while you fix the card. We email you a link to pay with a new card; Stripe does too. Paid in time and nothing changes. Not paid by then and the card winds down as in section 6.
A code from us is typed once, on the Stripe checkout page. It applies to your paid months, not the free run, and cannot be combined with another code.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Prefer an invoice? Email us and we will set that up instead.
The people on your loyalty card are your customers, and you are responsible for them under the privacy law where you trade (GDPR in the EU, UK GDPR, New Zealand's Privacy Act 2020, Singapore's PDPA). We process their details on your behalf, only to run the card and your listing, and never sell or share them. You can ask for your customer list, or for it to be deleted, at any time. Messages on a customer's wallet card stop the moment they remove the card from their wallet. The privacy policy sets out what we hold, where, and for how long.
