Over the years the practice has grown and expanded its skill sets and services, and now runs two clinics in Singapore, at Woodlands and Beauty World, under the mission "Caring for those that care for you."
The clinic's veterinary team includes Dr Deng Yujia (BVSc, Melbourne), whose special interest is dentistry; Dr Estella Liew (BVSc Hons., MANZCVS Small Animal Surgery), with interests in surgery, emergency and behavioural medicine; Dr Charmaine Nai (BVM&S, University of Edinburgh), interested in dermatology and surgery; Dr Rachel Lim (BSc, DVM, Melbourne), focused on internal medicine and soft tissue surgery; Dr Kymberly Loh (BVB, DVM, Sydney), focused on surgery and feline-friendly care; and Dr Jody Wong (BVSc, Massey), interested in pocket pet medicine, soft tissue surgery and ultrasonography.
Beyond in-clinic consultations, SingVet offers a TeleHEALTH service so pet owners can connect with veterinarians from home, along with an online shop covering pet nutrition, medications, supplements, pet supplies and preventatives, and a CareClub membership programme offering product discounts and bundle deals. SingVet Woodlands is located at Block 768 Woodlands Avenue 6, #01-11 Woodlands Mart, Singapore 730768, open Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 9am to 9pm, and Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday from 9am to 6pm, closed on public holidays. SingVet Beauty World, at 66 Jalan Jurong Kechil, JK Building, Singapore 598586, is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 9pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 6pm, also closed on public holidays. At both clinics, last registration is one hour before closing, appointments are highly encouraged and are seen before walk-ins, and an emergency surcharge may apply for consultations where applicable.
SingVet's veterinary team brings a range of clinical interests. Dr Deng Yujia (BVSc, University of Melbourne, 2008) has a special interest in dentistry and is currently pursuing a distance Masters of Veterinary Medicine with Massey University. Dr Estella Liew (BVSc Hons., University of Melbourne, 2008, MANZCVS Small Animal Surgery) completed further training in the United States and holds memberships in small animal surgery, with interests in surgery, emergency and behavioural medicine. Dr Charmaine Nai (BVM&S, University of Edinburgh, 2021) has a keen interest in dermatology and surgery. Dr Rachel Lim (BSc, DVM, University of Melbourne) focuses on internal medicine and soft tissue surgery. Dr Kymberly Loh (BVB, DVM, University of Sydney, 2024) is focused on surgery and creating a low-stress, feline-friendly clinic environment. Dr Jody Wong (BVSc, Massey University, 2024) has an interest in pocket pet medicine alongside soft tissue surgery and ultrasonography.
SingVet offers a TeleHEALTH service, letting pet owners connect with veterinarians from home. Medications can be picked up in person or delivered, and if an in-person visit is recommended, the teleconsultation fee can be credited towards that visit if used within 7 days. This service is available exclusively for pets who have previously visited SingVet, with payment accepted via PayNow only.
Beyond the clinics, SingVet runs an online shop covering pet nutrition (dog and cat food, treats and chews), medications (prescription and non-prescription), supplements for skin & coat, hip & joints, digestive, urinary, kidney, liver and immunity health, pet supplies including shampoo, dental care, eye & ear care and kitten & puppy care, and preventatives covering first aid, flea & tick, heartworm and intestinal parasites.

SingVet operates a no-credit policy, with all outstanding invoices due upon discharge, including in-hospital patients, surgeries and completed out-patient consultations. A minimal deposit is required for hospitalisation, surgeries and procedures, with additional top-ups possible as treatment progresses. The clinic accepts Cash, Nets, Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, PayWave, and Atome (Buy Now Pay Later).
