IDATEN UDON is a Japanese udon restaurant brand in Singapore, part of the RE&S Group. Its concept, "Udon, Your Style," is built around letting diners create their own perfect meal — choosing a favourite udon and pairing it with a variety of sides and crispy tempura, summed up in-house as mix and match to your own liking.
The menu is organised around All Time Favourites like Pork Kimchi Udon and Beef Sukiyaki Don, Classic Udon options including Kitsune Udon, Ontama Bukkake Udon and Zaru Udon, and a dedicated Fond de Veau Curry line offering curry udon and curry don with a choice of pork, beef, crispy chicken or menchi katsu. A wide tempura selection covers everything from jumbo prawn and crab tempura to croquettes and deep-fried gyoza, alongside other dishes such as oden and meat-free mapo tofu options.
