Global Art Punggol Plaza is a branch of Global Art Singapore, a creative arts education programme built on the mission of providing every child a stepping stone to explore their artistic nature. The Punggol centre is led by Principal Ms JC and offers the Global Art & Creative Program, a complete and systematic curriculum designed to develop artistic skills, broaden creative thinking, and deepen interest in art at every student level.
Global Art Singapore was established in 2003, with the programme itself originating in Malaysia in 1999. Founder and Director Mahair Goh, alongside Director Patrick Tan (who opened Singapore's first centre at Parkway), built the brand around the belief that art training develops visual processing — the foundation of human learning — while boosting self-esteem, confidence in problem-solving, and logical thinking in children. The programme has since grown to around 30 centres across Singapore's malls and heartlands.
At Punggol Plaza, students can join programmes including Junior Visual Art, Acrylic, Cartoon & Comic, and Advanced Handicraft/G-Clay. Global Art Singapore also holds annual In-house and National Art Competitions, with National Competition champions going on to represent Singapore at the International Global Art Competition held in a different country each year, alongside certificated grading examinations for students.

The syllabus is designed to cater to all students, whether or not they come in with existing artistic talent.
Global Art Singapore holds both In-house and National Art Competitions annually, with champions from the National Competition going on to represent Singapore at the International Global Art Competition, held in a different country each year. Students have travelled to compete in cities including Bangkok, Manila, Ho Chi Minh City, Hyderabad and Guangzhou over the years, with several placing in the top three of their categories. Beyond competitions, Global Art also offers certificated grading examinations, giving students and parents a formal way to track artistic progress over time.

Located at Blk 168 Punggol Field, #02-10 Punggol Plaza, the centre is open Tuesday to Sunday, closed Mondays.
