Managing Director Kertar Singh brings an unusual depth of experience to the firm's criminal practice. Before being called to the Singapore Bar in 1995 with an LLB (Honours) from the UK, he spent 26 years with the Singapore Police Force, specialising in criminal investigations and serving with the Secret Societies Branch, including as part of an interrogations team. That background feeds directly into a practice that has covered corruption, murder, and both capital and non-capital drug-trafficking matters, acting as both defence and prosecuting counsel. He also serves as legal advisor to various Chinese Clan Associations and Chinese Temples, and speaks English, Bahasa Melayu, Hokkien, Hindi, and Punjabi.
Director Anil Singh Sandhu joined the firm in 2010 after being called to the Bar the same year, following an LLB/LP from Flinders University and an earlier Bachelor of Science from the Australian National University.
