Daily Chicken is a family-friendly casual restaurant on level B1 of Bugis Junction, serving Korean street food favourites from Katrina Group. Created in partnership with Daily Beer — the leading South Korean craft beer and fried chicken brand whose first international outlet launched in Singapore — the brand has built its name on crispy Korean fried chicken and the promise of love at first bite.
The kitchen keeps things fresh and authentic: chicken is fresh and never frozen, ingredients are imported directly from South Korea, and every dish is prepared fresh in-house. Alongside the signature boneless chicken gangjeong and bone-in fried chicken in Original, Black, Red and Crunch flavours, the menu spans gimbap, ramyeon, onmyeon, tteokbokki, salads, soups and shareable sides.
Sets combine the greatest hits for the table, while Cup Gangjeong caters to those grabbing food on the go, and delivery is available through the brand's Oddle store. Daily Chicken also has an outlet at Waterway Point, with more locations planned — but for Bugis shoppers, this basement-level spot is the place to find the one chicken worth craving daily.
Down on basement level one of Bugis Junction, Daily Chicken serves up the Korean fried chicken behind its tagline: love at first bite. The casual, family-friendly restaurant comes from Katrina Group and was conceptualised in partnership with Daily Beer, following the successful Singapore launch of the leading South Korean craft beer and fried chicken brand's first international outlet. The idea is simple — capturing the joy and comfort of everyday Korean dining, right in the heart of Bugis.
The kitchen keeps a tight standard. Chicken is fresh and never frozen, key ingredients are imported directly from South Korea, and every dish is prepared fresh in-house. The menu reads like a stroll down a Korean street-food lane: crispy fried chicken, boneless gangjeong, gimbap, ramyeon, onmyeon and tteokbokki, with fries, salads, soups and set meals rounding things out.
The signature is Daily Chicken Gangjeong, prepared using only fresh chicken. Choose Black for the crispy soy sauce version or Red for the spicy take — both contain nuts, and both are boneless, with the menu proudly noting they are delicious even when cold. Each order comes with a choice of pairing: rice cakes with potato wedges, or rice cakes with pop chicken kimchi dumplings, and extra toppings are available if you want more.
Bone-in fans get Daily Chicken in four flavours. Original is the house classic for all chicken lovers worldwide; Black is tossed in sweet garlic soy sauce; Red wears a spicy Angry Bird sauce; and Crunch goes extra crispy with corn flakes and a garlic, sweet and spicy seasoning. Sizes run from small portions and wings up to half and whole chicken, and the Half & Half whole bird lets you pick any two flavours.
Gimbap comes three ways: the Daily Gimbap with mixed vegetables, spicy stir-fried kimchi and egg; the Daily Fried Chicken Gimbap, a crispy golden-fried roll with vegetables and egg; and the Premium Tender Gimbap, stuffed with juicy chicken tenders and stir-fried vegetables. A comforting Premium Fish Cake Soup, loaded with tender fish cakes in a deep-flavoured broth, rounds out the quieter corners of the menu.
Noodles cover every mood. Hangang Ramyeon is the iconic spicy Korean ramyeon and a self-declared true hunter's pick. Daily K-Onmyeon pairs warm chicken soup and K-noodles with crispy chicken tenders, the Spicy K-Onmyeon turns up the heat, and K-Coldmyeon serves those noodles over ice-cold soup for hot afternoons.
Tteokbokki arrives four ways: the original, stewed with chicken tenders and assorted fish cakes; Budae, a Korean army stew with rice cakes, chicken chorizo and noodles; Cream, with soft chewy rice cakes in a velvety sauce with savoury chicken bacon; and Rose, chewy rice cakes simmered in sweet-spicy chili sauce under a generous layer of melted cheese.
Lighter plates include the K-Style and Green Light salads with fried boneless chicken, while the sides line-up runs from Chubby Luncheon Fries and Shrimp Bar to Original and Nachos Cheese Fries, Cheese Wedges and gooey mozzarella Cheese Balls. Combos pair kimchi fried rice with chicken plus either luncheon meat or cold bibim noodles, and fruit ades — yuzu, peach, strawberry, lime — handle the drinks.
For tables, two set menus do the heavy lifting. The Daily Chicken Gangjeong Set combines the signature gangjeong with a Daily Gimbap roll, a choice of K-noodle, cheese balls and two soft drinks, while the Hangang Ramyeon & Gimbap Set brings chicken tender gimbap together with the famous Han River-style ramyeon and cheese balls. Grabbing food to go? Cup Gangjeong with a soft drink is the takeaway-only option.
Whether you are a family settling in for dinner or a shopper grabbing a quick bite between stores, the casual dining room and shareable menu keep things easy. Delivery is available through the brand's Oddle store, and the team keeps followers posted on Instagram and TikTok with giveaways and in-store challenges — stop a timer at exactly 10:00 in-store, and on occasion your meal is on the house.
