When the pandemic put a stop to her travel plans and work slowed down, Catherine decided to take her hobby seriously. In July 2021, she took a leap of faith and started selling her first batch of macarons, along with popcakes and cakesicles, offering same-day home delivery straight to customers' doorsteps and offices. Within just three months, the business grew beyond what she'd imagined. That early success led her to obtain a Food Hygiene Safety Certificate and expand her offerings to include cakesicles, cupcakes, and healthier treats like fresh strawberries dipped in chocolate.
