Founded in 2009 on Smith Street in Chinatown, the original “Hunan Restaurant” quickly gained popularity for its authentic Hunan flavors. This success led to the creation of “Xiang Kitchen” and eventually, the unified brand XIANG XIANG HUNAN CUISINE in 2023.
