Van Diemen's Land Creamery, created in 2005 by a Tasmanian dairy farming family, brings artisan ice cream made with fresh Tasmanian milk and ingredients like leatherwood honey, lavender and Tasmanian peanut butter — some batches famously going from cow to consumer in less than 24 hours.
