Patisserie Made Simple is a Sugar Flour class put into a book. There are over 80 petits gateaux recipes, all of which are made in one simple tin a 16x26x3.5cm slice tin. The book was written with my customers in mind, I wanted to create a book that is a stepping stone between your typical baking book and a professional pastry book.
