The facility includes seven fenced outdoor grassed areas where dogs can run freely and socialise in groups, or enjoy quiet time individually. Inside, each dog has its own dedicated sleeping and eating area. Separate facilities cater to large, medium, and small dogs, ensuring everyone has adequate space. Underfloor heating keeps dogs cozy during Southern winter nights. Optional off-site walks and runs to scenic locations like local rivers, the Lake2Lake Bike Trail, and Manapouri Lakeside provide additional exercise and stimulation.

Overnight stays include meals, while day-stay options are available for shorter visits. Additional services like medication administration and public holiday fees apply as needed.
