The cafe caters extensively for dietary needs, including gluten free, dairy free, vegan, sugar free and keto friendly options, with a fryer kept vegan and gluten free and free gluten-free bread swaps available.
The Cozy Corner uses Ripe Coffee Roasters, an independent small-batch Wellington roaster, as its primary bean - the only cafe in Taupō to do so - with the Valley blend used for milk coffees and single origin beans for black coffee. Cold brew and filter batch brew use Red N White, a local Taupō roaster. The cafe also runs a barista training program and is a cafe with heart, giving back to the community through an eco-friendly approach, fundraising, volunteering and catering. Its sister company, Cella Catering Co., offers premium Lake Taupō view venue hire and in-house and out-of-house catering.
