Guidough's Bakery is a Rotorua bakery with two shops, one of which — Shop One — sits at 53/2 Springfield Road in Springfield. The bakery keeps its offering easy to navigate: eight categories covering bread, donuts, filled bread, hot stuff, pastries, slices, coffee and a miscellaneous pick-and-mix of everything else. The donuts get top billing on the bakery's own website, photographed front and centre alongside the bread and sweet ranges.
Beyond the counter, Guidough's runs a full online shop, so you can browse each category and order ahead before calling in. Coffee has a category of its own, making the shop as much a coffee stop as a bakery run.
