Kahakai Poké Bowl is a healthy Hawaiian food truck located in the heart of New Plymouth. Poké, means "raw marinated cut fish” and the Poke Bowl is a classic Hawaiian dish loaded with Japanese flavour profiles. Served on a bed of sushi rice or spinach or a bit of both, it’s topped with lots of fresh veggies and sauces, often described as a deconstructed sushi roll in a bowl.
