Bill Vonder shares ownership and director duties with Kerry Macaulay, who joined the firm in February 2011, became a shareholder in April 2015 and a director in November 2016. Kerry brings over 20 years of coaching and training experience on MYOB products and is the firm's specialist accountant and problem solver.
Senior accountant Prinda Fernando joined from DABCO with over 25 years of experience, including time at BDO Partners and KPMG in Sri Lanka, working across sole traders, partnerships, companies and trusts. Accountant Tracy Chen joined in February 2023 and is a certified MYOB partner and Certified Xero user. Bookkeeper Shinade Aukuso, with the firm since 2022, specialises in GST and client account management and also serves as the firm's in-house IT specialist.
On the administration side, office manager Mary Moncur has been with the company since 2021, handling debt collection, payroll and office systems, and also serves as the firm's Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Officer. Office administrator Ava Belch joined in February 2026 and is often the first point of contact for visitors and callers.
