Accommodation is fully furnished with queen beds, an ensuite, clean towels and a small fridge, plus unlimited Wi-Fi and Skylink access. Guests also get a continental breakfast on request (cereals, fruit, yogurt, toast and a selection of spreads), guest laundry, complimentary parking, and shared kitchen and laundry facilities — with grounds that include fruit trees and a vegetable garden looked after by one of the guests. For car-free travellers, Auckland Transport's bus 128 departs Kaukapakapa every 60 minutes during the week and every 120 minutes at weekends, looping to Helensville and the Hibiscus Coast transfer system. Silverdale, Orewa and the Whangaparaoa Peninsula, with their beaches, shopping and restaurants, are a short drive away.
