Most roadside stops promise a coffee and a bathroom. Eutopia Cafe in Kaiwaka promises a small, handcrafted universe. Sitting on State Highway 1 in the little Northland town of Kaiwaka, New Zealand, it is equal parts cafe and art space — and it has drawn national attention for it.
