A patisserie devoted to the croissant. Open Wednesday - Sunday from 8am - 3pm unless sold out prior. All products are made lovingly by hand. Head down to the Made Sheds, grab a coffee at Grey Roasting , a croissant from Butter Boom and take in the atmosphere of the Waikato River.
