Pioneer Pool and Building is a swimming pool builder at 4/31 Stevens Street in Waltham, Christchurch, rated 4.0 on Google from 45 reviews. Its website describes concrete in-ground pools, pool heating and heat pumps, LED pool lights and pool lifts, along with drainage for patios and pool surrounds.
Choosing a pool builder starts with asking how the pool is built and what the warranty covers. Ask for a written quote that lists site work, excavation, concrete, filtration and any heating, so you can compare quotes properly. Check the builder's experience with your type of site, especially if the ground is sloped or near trees. Ask about running costs, since heating and filtration choices change the yearly bill.
For Waltham and Christchurch homeowners who are planning an in-ground pool, Pioneer Pool and Building on Stevens Street is worth a consultation before you decide.
