Situated in the south eastern area of Christchurch, Sydenham Rugby Club finds the majority of its members come from the Spreydon, Sydenham and Opawa suburbs, and around to the Port Hills. Our members are from multiple ethnicities and range in age from 5-70. Given our huge catchment area there is a mixture of socio-economic backgrounds which make us a very diverse club. The purpose of the Sydenham Rugby Club is to provide organised sport for all our teams. As a club we want to be more than just a successful rugby club. Our aim is to promote community spirit.
