Mitch & Mana is a real estate agency at 39 Marshland Road in Shirley, Christchurch, holding a full 5.0 Google rating; you can follow them through their Facebook page.
In real estate, the gap between agents usually shows in the appraisal: a good one grounds the price in recent sales on the streets nearby rather than the flattering figure that wins the listing, so it pays to hear more than one opinion. In a suburb like Shirley, where first-home buyers watch each new listing closely, plain street-level knowledge of the eastern side of Christchurch matters more than glossy marketing. Vendors who have been through it tend to give the same advice: choose the agent who tells you the awkward truths early.
For buyers and sellers around Shirley, an agency with that kind of rating right on Marshland Road is a handy place to start the conversation.
