A licensed real estate salesperson based at the Harcourts Gold Papanui office at 471 Papanui Road in Christchurch. The website says the agent, Hayden Roulston, is a former professional cyclist who raced in Europe and at the Olympic and Commonwealth Games, and applies the same preparation and timing to property. He offers property appraisals tailored to each home, with a focus on suburbs such as Merivale, Riccarton and Wigram, and works with first-home buyers, families upsizing, and investors. Buyer's agent services are offered, and the website says the seller pays the agent's commission in a sale. The agent also publishes suburb guides, school zone information and market analysis on the website.
Customers say the agent was honest, genuine, supportive and patient, and was always willing to answer questions. One home buyer says the process from start to finish was outstanding. Another, a buyer's agent client, says communication was excellent and replies to texts and emails were prompt. Customers praise the market knowledge and guidance. Our pick in Papanui for a buyer's agent or a property appraisal with clear communication.
