First National Real Estate Success is a real estate agency at 5 Burdale Street in Riccarton, Christchurch. It was formed when two First National offices, Lethbridge and Tao, joined together. The website says it sells, leases and manages residential and commercial property across Canterbury, and offers appraisals, portfolio management, and digital and traditional advertising. The latest properties for sale and rent are listed on the website.
Reviews are mixed. One renter says the property managers respond immediately, sort out problems quickly and take good care of the properties. Another renter says the property manager showed little care for their home and describes the experience as very disappointing. A third review is a second-hand account, from a friend, of a difficult experience with the agency. Responsiveness is the point reviewers mention most often.
