Dhaval Lamghare is a real estate agent with Harcourts, based at Spitfire Square on Memorial Avenue in Harewood, Christchurch. He holds a 5.0 rating from 23 Google reviews, with first-home buyers and sellers alike praising his quick, honest communication and steady guidance from first enquiry to settlement. In real estate, the strongest agents are distinguished by evidence rather than patter: they can point to recent comparable sales in your suburb and price realistically instead of simply quoting the highest figure. Buyers should remember the agent usually acts for the vendor, so be upfront about your budget and arrange your own building and finance checks. Above all, pick someone who answers promptly and explains each step, since deals are won or lost on communication. From Spitfire Square, just up the road from Christchurch Airport, Dhaval and his team serve Harewood and greater Christchurch, with listings and updates on his Facebook page.
