Anuj Badkar is a real estate salesperson with Ray White Metro, working from the Upper Riccarton office at the corner of Riccarton and Waimairi Roads in Christchurch. The Ray White Metro team covers Christchurch from offices in the Central City, Upper Riccarton, Halswell and Wigram. Its services include residential, commercial and rural property, property management, mortgage brokering and insurance.
Anuj came to real estate after 10 years of running his own landscaping company, and the site says that work gave him a strong work ethic and attention to detail. He speaks English and Hindi, and is learning Mandarin. He says he wants clients to feel informed and supported at every step of the process, whether they are buying or selling. Within a kilometre, seven other real estate listings are on Open Locally, including Julia Ashmore and Bayleys Canterbury, both 0.3 km away, and Wolfbrook Property Group, 0.5 km away. Ray White was founded in 1902 in Crows Nest, Queensland, and the site describes it as a network of franchised offices across Australasia.
