Thomson Park Playground in North New Brighton is a nice, if slightly dated, playground with great climbing and sliding equipment, swings, and plenty of grass and trees to explore and climb. It sits close to the beach and a nearby skatepark, though reviewers note it could use some traffic calming for safer beach access.
