Catering to dogs of all shapes, sizes, and ages, this Bryndwr grooming salon runs on a low-stress, cruelty-free approach tailored to nervous pets as much as confident ones. Their treatments cover all breeds, ranging from a full clip in a style of your choice to a face-and-feet tidy, both paired with a double shampoo, conditioning treatment, and care for pads, nails, and sanitary areas. Grooming can be overwhelming for anxious animals, so their focus on steady handling and trust-building makes a noticeable difference for pets that need a gentler touch.
Dog owners praise the friendly team for their patience with rescue dogs requiring extra consideration, with local cavoodles and yorkshire terriers coming away looking sharp and well turned out. Located on Greers Road near the Papanui border, it is one of two pet groomers within a kilometre, sitting just behind a neighbouring salon rated five stars among those with ten or more reviews. Our pick in Bryndwr for nervous rescues and dogs that need a calm, patient hand on the grooming table.
