New Image Painters & Decorators is a painting and decorating firm working across the Christchurch area, and it says it has been in business for more than 18 years, built on recommendations and repeat work. It paints interiors and exteriors and does wallpapering, and it offers an annual property review to check that a house is up to standard and to carry out repairs. Where a solid plaster system has cracks or water damage, the firm works with the plaster applicators to fix the surface before painting. It uses Resene paints and says it specialises in environmentally friendly acrylic paint systems.
Customers who wrote testimonials on the site praise the team's integrity, clear communication and timely work, and say they protect floors and furniture and keep the site clean. One couple had new homes and renovations done and say the finish was impeccable. Another describes a team that works well together and is pleasant to have around. The firm says it arranges full insurance cover while it works on a home, and that it advises owners of any risks such as lead or asbestos. Free quotes are offered for any painting or decorating job.
