Johalz Garage is a family-owned independent garage at 390a Lincoln Road in Addington, Christchurch. The business says it has more than eight years of experience and works on all makes and models of car, trailer and motorbike. Its services include WOF inspections, electric and hybrid diagnostics and repairs, general servicing, mechanical repairs, timing belt replacement, clutch, gearbox and transmission work, engine replacement, brakes, steering and suspension, tyres and wheel alignments, CV joints and auto electrical work. The website suggests combining a WOF with a regular service, since the WOF checks the vehicle's safety standards and any faults found can be repaired on site.
The garage takes Afterpay and Zip in store, and the website shows opening hours of 8am to 4.30pm. The website also invites people to sign up for news of its soft launch events. Open Locally lists nine other mechanics within a kilometre, including Mr Singh Tyre & Auto Services, rated 4.8 from 338 reviews and 0.4 km away, and three others at 0.3 to 0.4 km that have no rating yet. The garage is in the Addington shopping strip on Lincoln Road, close to the central city.
